Fixed a bunch of bugs where the CA was not authorized to sign certificates, makeCert and makeCA were not putting things in the right place, etc.... Also fixed a bug in deployCert and added some deployment scripts (ps1 not validated yet)

Just a collection of scripts to aid in deployment of CA to various machines. These have had limited testing and should be thought of more as guidelines than production code.
