doReports.pl now validates report file in UTF-8 or ASCII since PHP barfs when trying to read something else
upload_sysinfo_report.ph now does a chmod to 0666 on the file so doReports.pl can change the file |

Modified parse-sysinfo.php to look for keyword 'release' in package. If this is
found, it will append -r'release' to the version number, so, for example,
version 2.17, release 93 becomes version 2.17-r93 |

Fixed bug in getSysinfoMail.php which listed mailboxes when parameter passed,
